Forever Decor Custom Order Process

1. Submit Your Request

   • Click below to fill out the custom order form, specifying details like size, colors, and container type (pot, vase, tray, or resin).

   • If you like a design from our Gallery, reference it by image number.

2. Deposit

   • A $150 deposit is required for all custom orders. After submitting your form, Diane will email you a secure link to see your order details.

3. Track Your Order

   • Use the password-protected link to track updates, view photos of your arrangement, and communicate any questions.

4. Approval & Final Payment

   • We’ll send photos for your approval before shipping. Final payment and shipping charges will be collected at this stage.

Note: Custom orders must exceed $150. Please provide clear details to help us craft the perfect arrangement for you!
